Embalica is a trade name.It is a homoeopathic combination syrup. It's a health tonic and also works at the liver. 

Composition: Abis Nag Q, Quassia Q, Hydrastis Can Q, Cinchona Q, Alfalfa Q, Gentiana Q, Five Phos 5x and other ingredients.

Dose:
   Adult: 1 teaspoon daily 2/3 times.
   Non-adult: 1/2 teaspoon daily 2 times.

Side effect: It has no side effect when it will use as per describe above.
